All items are shipped from Germany via DHL. 
Once an item has been shipped, Lovedbychi is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. I recommend to select the trackable option during checkout for extra security on delivery.

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days date of purchase. 

International packages normally arrive within 7-10 days of shipment date. In a few cases, international delivery can take up to 30 days.

All shipping costs are calculated based on each garment's destination and weight. 

Shipping cost within Germany: 4 – 6 Euro

Shipping cost within EU: 9 – 16 Euro 

Rest of the world: 16 – 45 Euro
