Lovedbychi Collection
The Lovedbychi Collection can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unworn and the original hang tag is still attached to the garment.

In case of a return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
All vintage and sale sales are final
At this time we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns for vintage or sale items. Please make sure to read each items descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Shipping
Please ensure all shipping information is correct as we are not liable for lost or mis-delivered packages. All orders ship with tracking.
Rejecting a package will not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
