Shipping

Courier 
Orders are shipped from Germany via DHL or UPS within 3-5 business days date of purchase. We ship worldwide. 

International packages normally arrive within 7-10 days of shipment date. In a few cases, international delivery can take up to 30 days. To ensure a faster arrival of your package, you can choose express shipping during checkout.  

Tracking 
All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. You will be able to track your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order". 

Policies  
Once an item has been shipped, Lovedbychi is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. 

Duties 
Lovedbychi is not responsible for any duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel.
